Delete your account and data

This page lets CyberPath: Cybersecurity Guide users request permanent deletion without reinstalling the app.

Deletion is permanent

Your CyberPath profile, progress, credits, unlocks, and personal wallet history cannot be recovered after deletion.

Delete securely from the app when possible

The fastest and most secure option is CyberPath > Other > Account & data deletion. Because you are already signed in, CyberPath can verify the correct account before permanently deleting it. The email process below remains available if you uninstalled the app or cannot access it.

  1. Email Ruby Clue Studio.
Use the Google email connected to CyberPath when possible. For a guest wallet, mention that you used guest mode.
  2. Confirm account ownership.
Support may request limited verification information. Never send a password, purchase token, guest secret, or authentication code.
  3. Deletion is completed.
Requests are handled as quickly as reasonably possible. You will receive confirmation when associated account data has been removed.
Deletion email

Send the request from your linked Google email when possible: rubycluestudio@gmail.com

Data that is deleted

  • CyberPath account or guest-wallet identity
  • Profile name and avatar stored by CyberPath
  • Learning progress and completed projects
  • Credit balance and permanent content unlocks
  • Personal wallet transaction history and active sessions

Limited records that may remain

Ruby Clue Studio may retain ownerless one-way hashes of purchase tokens, welcome bonuses, and rewarded-ad transaction IDs to prevent fraud, duplicate grants, refunds abuse, and replay. These records cannot restore your profile, account, or credit balance.

Google account

Deleting CyberPath data does not delete or modify your Google account. It only removes the account and associated data maintained for CyberPath.

Guest profiles

Guest profiles should be deleted from inside CyberPath while the guest identity is still available on the device. If the app was uninstalled or its data was cleared, the anonymous device credential may no longer be recoverable or identifiable. You can still contact support with the profile name and any available purchase information, but never send passwords, authentication codes, purchase tokens, or guest secrets.
