Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CyberPath: Cybersecurity Guide handles information when you explore learning paths, track progress, use credits, buy credit packs, or watch rewarded ads.

Effective August 8, 2026

Who we are

CyberPath is provided by Ruby Clue Studio. Privacy questions can be sent to rubycluestudio@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

CyberPath stores your current profile and learning progress on your device so the app remains responsive. A guest profile is kept separately on the device after Google sign-in. Before linking, you choose whether to import it or keep both profiles separate. Imported credits and permanent unlocks move to the selected account only once.

Account and credit information

If you continue with Google, CyberPath processes a verified account identifier and email address to create and recover your account. For linked accounts, we store your display name, avatar selection, learning progress, completed projects, credit balance, permanent content unlocks, account type, and records needed to operate the service.

Guest profiles use a device-specific identifier instead of an email address.

Purchases and rewarded ads

Our app-store payment provider processes purchases; CyberPath does not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase records are checked to grant credits and prevent duplicate or fraudulent grants.

Our advertising provider processes rewarded ads. Reward and consent information is used to grant credits, prevent abuse, and respect your privacy choices.

Security and service providers

Google is CyberPath's primary service provider for sign-in, cloud storage, app distribution and payments, advertising, and fraud prevention. Google processes only the information needed to provide those services under its privacy terms.

Data is encrypted in transit, and we use access controls and verification checks to protect account data.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your CyberPath account exists. Deleting your account removes your profile, wallet, unlocks, personal transaction history, guest credentials, and active sessions.

Limited non-profile transaction records may be retained where needed to prevent fraud, duplicate rewards, or meet legal obligations. They cannot be used to restore a deleted profile.

Your choices

You can continue as a guest, manage advertising consent where available, contact Ruby Clue Studio, or use Privacy & account inside CyberPath to permanently delete your account and associated data.

You may also use the external account-deletion page after uninstalling the app.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when CyberPath features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
